Our Founder
IATPD was founded by Tesha D. Colston, a visionary in ethical AI education and professional development. As the CEO of AI by Design Coaching & Consulting and the Founder of the AI by Design Academy, Tesha has built an ecosystem dedicated to empowering professionals, entrepreneurs, and organizations to use artificial intelligence with confidence, competence, and integrity.
With a strong background in corporate training, instructional design, adult learning theory, and AI strategy, Tesha has spent years helping teams and individuals navigate emerging technologies through practical frameworks and human-centered approaches. Her leadership is rooted in the belief that AI is most powerful when paired with purpose, ethics, and accessible education.
