1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
1.1 General Policy
The Institute for AI Training & Professional Development (“IATPD,” “the Institute”) provides high-quality professional training, certification programs, and digital learning experiences. This policy outlines how cancellations, withdrawals, transfers, and refunds are handled.
This policy applies to all Institute programs, workshops, and digital products.
1.2 Cancellations by Learners
Before Course Start Date
- Cancel within 7 days of purchase → Full refund, if materials have not been accessed
- Cancel after 7 days but before start date → 75% refund
After Course Start Date
- Cancel within 3 days of course start AND accessed less than 20% of content → 50% refund
- After 3 days OR more than 20% accessed → No refund
Digital Products & Self-Paced Courses
All sales are final once materials are downloaded or accessed.
1.3 Cancellations by the Institute
If IATPD cancels or reschedules due to unforeseen circumstances:
Learners may choose to:
- Transfer to the new date at no cost, or
- Receive a full refund
1.4 Transfers & Deferrals
Learners may request to transfer enrollment:
- Must request 7 days before course start
- One transfer allowed per enrollment
- Based on availability
1.5 Exceptions & Extenuating Circumstances
Documented emergencies may be considered for partial refunds, credits, or deferrals.
1.6 Requesting a Cancellation or Refund
All requests must be submitted in writing:

- Refunds processed within 14 business days after approval
1.7 Non-Refundable Items
- Digital downloads once accessed
- Membership or community fees
- Payment processing fees

2. Data Protection & Confidentiality Policy

All IATPD team members must uphold this policy. Final oversight rests with the Program Director.
